Good news: Full Circle Nutrition Therapy is in-network with Aetna and Highmark! If you're not sure whether your specific plan is covered, reach out to your insurance for a benefits verification. You can use this script to guide the conversation.
Please note: parent coaching is NOT covered by insurance.
Private Pay
Even if we don't take your insurance, we can still work together! My private pay rates are as follows:
- 50-minute session: $165
- 30-minute session: $95
Rates are the same for nutrition counseling and parent coaching.
Out-Of-Network Benefits
Even if I don't take your insurance, you might still be able to use your benefits. Upon request, I can provide a Superbill (aka a receipt for your nutrition therapy sessions) for you to submit to your insurance company. Depending on your insurance plan, this may be applied to your out-of-network benefits. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to ask your insurance about out-of-network benefits!
You are welcome to submit parent coaching to be applied to your out-of-network benefits, but please keep in mind it will likely not be covered.

Payment Methods
I accept credit/debit card and HSA/FSA. If you're planning to use your HSA or FSA, nutrition counseling is typically an eligible expense (always worth a quick check with your plan, just to be sure).
